Troy is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Troy follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Mid-February. Overcast. Rain with temps dropping and snow predicted. I need pho. Greeted before the door shut by a smiling, friendly face. Shown to my choice of tables, I chose a comfortable bench seat in this open, well-lit, nicely decorated establishment. A nice change from many Asian restaurants, all the utensils - forks, spoons, reusable chopsticks - are on the table along with all the delicious & fiery flavor enhancements like Sriracha, chili paste, hoisin, & soy sauces. πΆπ₯΅π There is a lunch special menu - entrees @ $10, appetizers @ 2 for $3 - that I didn't need to look past, fortunately, because the main menu is many pages deep. I'd've been lost for 30 minutes trying to decide. My order, like everyone else's, came by robot. The voice is very pleasant. I watched it deliver other orders ,as well, and was impressed by the presentation of everything I saw. The pho was exactly what I needed. Delicious comfort food on an uncomfortable day. Spirits restored. Oh, look, it's snowing sideways. π

Offers a variety of options of different cusines, and it's NOT watered down flavors. The cooks/chefs take steps to make sure it is flavorful :) Plentiful options for kids meal that are in good portion sizes for kids (this is the best part). Ordered kids chicken pho where the broth was RICH in flavor with good hearty chicken peices! Also ordered chicken noodles (kid approved), sushi, and k-ramen with tofu. All of it was delicious.

Decent spot to get a variety of Asian food. We enjoyed all of our food and the pho was pretty good. Sampler was a great way to try all of their appetizers. Basil fried rice was flavorful and tasted great as well. Sushi was not the best Iβve had but also not the worst - it was a hit or miss on which ones tasted good and which ones did not. In terms of service it fell a little flat with figuring out how we could get our servers attention and trying to order things. It seemed like they were short staffed that day and possibly didnβt have enough people in the kitchen to keep up with all of the orders. They also have a robot delivering to peopleβs tables and taking away dirty plates. There were definitely times where we were waiting for a prolonged time after being sat.

π Modern Dining Experience at Phα» Shi - Troy, MI π Had a spontaneous night date with my husband at Phα» Shi (2008 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy). The restaurant is newly decorated with a clean, spacious, and cozy atmosphere. The highlight: They give us 2 pieces sample to try out the new sushi They use serving robots! Watching the cute little robot smoothly deliver food to our table was both modern and entertaining, creating a novel experience right from the start. About the food: Sushi: We ordered a sushi platter - fresh fish, perfectly textured rice, and well-balanced seasoning. Quite satisfying! Korean Spicy Soup: The Korean soup was rich and flavorful with a pleasant, moderate spiciness - perfect for a cool evening. Thai Milk Tea: The Thai tea was deliciously aromatic, with a smooth, balanced sweetness - instantly addictive! Overall: Quality: 8.5/10 Ambiance: 9/10 Service: 9/10 (Both the robots and staff were friendly and professional) Price: Our bill for 2 was ~47 USD (tip included). Very reasonable for the quality and dining experience. This is an ideal spot for couples looking for a romantic date night, or friends wanting to enjoy Asian cuisine in a modern setting. #PhoShi #Troy
